Online Learning Advisor – Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate engaging learning activities that capture and retain student interest.

• Assess student work and offer insightful, constructive feedback.

• Foster communication through discussion forums, emails, and live interactions.

• Ensure visibility and responsiveness to students within a 24-48 hour timeframe during the Teaching Period.

• Collaborate with academic teams to uphold the quality of the unit.

• Uphold the values of OES to promote a positive team culture and enhance the student experience.

• Provide guidance and support to students throughout their online learning journey.

• Note: OLAs are not responsible for curriculum design, assessment creation, or scheduling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Education, or an equivalent field.

• A Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in online course design and instruction, especially in Law-related disciplines.

• Valid license to practice Law.

• Strong familiarity with online learning management systems and digital educational technologies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Capacity to think critically and creatively to address complex educational challenges.

• Proficient in instructional design methodologies and best practices for online education.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Student-centered and enthusiastic about promoting student success.

• Flexibility to work sessional part-time, generally between 4-8 hours per week.

• Must be located in Australia.
