PDI Software – Technical Lead III, React, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead software development projects technically by proposing high-performance, adaptable solutions that prioritize scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

• Create high-level applications.

• Address complex technical challenges and offer technical assistance to the team.

• Develop functional specifications for various projects.

• Define and document the logical and executable architecture of systems.

• Design software to support continuous integration and delivery.

• Offer solutions and support for the development of features in mobile, web, and server-side applications.

• Plan and oversee technical activities related to projects.

• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to team members.

• Review code developed in line with technology best practices.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of all technical artifacts produced.

• Create and maintain coding standards and technical documentation.

• Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline, such as Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.

• Experience with DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.

• Proficient in developing web solutions using frameworks like React and Node.js.

• Experience in developing mobile applications with frameworks such as React Native and Expo.

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions.

• Advanced understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.

• Advanced knowledge of web services.

• Advanced expertise in design patterns.

• Advanced proficiency in project modeling.

• Advanced knowledge of code analysis and version control tools.

• Understanding of automated and unit testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA.

• Ability to utilize UX/UI design tools.

• Understanding of layouts designed in Figma.
