Payroll Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Employ a diverse range of teaching methods to create and deliver lessons.

• Prepare and develop learning materials in accordance with the curriculum.

• Conduct competency assessments for course participants.

• Assist learners in enhancing their skills.

• Act as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator to support students.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant commercial training along with professional experience in payroll accounting, or qualification as a tax clerk or HR administrator.

• Teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll accounting with DATEV; payroll accounting with Lexware; payroll processing fundamentals; payroll processing structure and setup.

• Evidence of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO).

• Proficient command of the instruction language, German (C2 level).
