Payroll Systems Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of payroll software for both new and existing clients.

• Comprehend customer payroll processes and requirements, translating them into software configurations.

• Set up SaaS products, workflows, and specific customer needs.

• Assist with payroll data migration, integrations, and testing processes.

• Engage with APIs, ETL processes, and data transformation as necessary.

• Lead customers through user acceptance testing and ensure readiness for go-live.

• Provide training and articulate software functionalities to clients effectively.

• Offer support to customers during the go-live phase and transition to ongoing assistance.

• Manage multiple customer projects and priorities concurrently.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address issues and achieve results.

• Keep customers updated on progress, timelines, risks, and challenges.

• Travel to client locations as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical payroll experience and a solid understanding of payroll processes are essential.

• Background in SaaS/software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting.

• Experience working closely with customers to identify requirements and implement solutions.

• Familiarity with payroll software or systems.

• Knowledge of software configuration, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration, or data transformation.

• Confidence in managing multiple customers, projects, or priorities.

• Ability to communicate software and technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools would be an advantage.

• Work authorization in the country where the position is based may be required.
