This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Independently manage the entire payroll process in accordance with established standards and client specifications.
• Oversee and coordinate ticket queues utilizing appropriate business intelligence tools.
• Utilize the hrX suite of tools for payroll processing and related activities.
• Comprehend and analyze payslips and payroll calendars.
• Recognize deviations from standard service offerings and assist in identifying change request opportunities.
• Appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Generate and comprehend standard payroll reports as well as client-specific reports, including statutory year-end reporting.
• Review and ensure data accuracy and completeness, initiating necessary corrections.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and requests.
• Support and implement SOC1 controls.
• Adhere to and maintain defined work instructions.
• Conduct transactions with third-party entities.
• Share knowledge and provide training to colleagues.
• Assist in root cause analysis, system maintenance testing, and resolving technical issues.
• Stay updated on legislation, system enhancements, changes, and payroll procedures.
• Engage in assigned projects and activities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability to support a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a desire to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently, while following processes and procedures.
• BA/BS degree in a business-related discipline such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of applicable experience in Payroll administration or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate context.
• Preferred knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Experience with HR and payroll data is considered an advantage.
