This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive end-to-end payroll processing assistance for Managed Payroll clients.

• Serve as the designated Specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll Administrative clients.

• Provide support for OSV payroll, tax, and garnishment clients across various service levels as required.

• Manage and address daily cases while ensuring adherence to service level agreements and client satisfaction goals.

• Address internal escalated cases effectively.

• Resolve customer challenges and escalations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.

• Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly client conference calls.

• Engage in new client transitions and service-area discussions, including tax-related calls.

• Configure basic to medium-complexity Workday pay components, deductions, and run categories.

• Assist with payroll year-end activities and special projects.

• Analyze quarter-end and year-end audit reports and provide recommendations.

• Achieve quality and productivity metrics and scorecard targets.

• Maintain thorough documentation for payroll services support.

• Collaborate with colleagues and customer teams to assist clients and address requests.

• Contribute to team enhancements and embrace new ideas and processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree required.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Payroll encompassing end-to-end processing, research, payroll logic, and troubleshooting.

• At least 3 years in Customer Experience or demonstrated ability to function at this level of expertise.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Solid understanding of payroll taxes, intermediate payroll configuration, and payroll compliance.

• Experience with multi-jurisdiction tax, payroll year-end, and W-2 support and adjustments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and procedures.

• Strong analytical, data entry, research, mathematical, critical-thinking, consultative, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, accuracy, and ability to juggle multiple tasks.

• Capability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

• Ability to manage workload autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and navigate competing demands.

• Preferred: experience in an outsourcing setting related to payroll or tax, and familiarity with Workday and Salesforce platforms.
