This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute daily operations within the Payroll department, which includes processing multiple bi-weekly payrolls, conducting new hire time and attendance training, resetting employee self-service login credentials, verifying employment, and handling off-cycle payments.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and other departments as necessary.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with FLSA regulations across multi-state operations.
• Reconcile timecards by reaching out to team members and supervisors for timesheet approvals.
• Conduct data entry and imports for payroll adjustments.
• Keep precise payroll records to uphold audit and compliance standards.
• Generate and distribute reports for business partners.
• Resolve tax-related issues by working with ADP tax services and internal resources.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation concerning state-specific issues.
• Handle year-end processing tasks, including reviewing, approving, and distributing W-2s, and preparing for the upcoming year.
• Document payroll procedures.
• Provide prompt assistance to team members and management regarding payroll inquiries.
• Carry out additional related duties as assigned.
• An Associate's degree in a relevant field along with 4 years of payroll experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with integrated Payroll/HR systems, ideally ADP Workforce Now.
• Preferred experience includes union work, implementation, and multi-state tax knowledge (including CA, WA, IL, NY/NYC).
• Proficient in Excel with intermediate skills (pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
