This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements that enable clients to fully leverage SuccessFactors solutions.
• Provide support to current clients through workshops, troubleshooting, solution suggestions, and advisory services.
• Comprehend and document project scope, requirements, processes, system configurations, testing plans, and other relevant activities.
• Create workbooks, blueprints, and test scripts for project implementation.
• Configure and tailor SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet client needs.
• Assist in setting up HR environments across client landscapes, including cutover activities and instance migrations.
• Coordinate configuration efforts with both onshore and offshore teams.
• Engage in testing cycles, identify defects, file SAP support tickets, and oversee defect resolution from development through post-go-live.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare necessary documentation.
• Organize and present knowledge-transfer sessions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SuccessFactors experts throughout the organization.
• Maintain communication with functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Aid in transitioning projects into support upon project completion.
• Generate final handover documentation for clients and the Zalaris support team.
• Enhance customer deliveries through a customer-centric approach.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including leading and supporting delivery projects.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle implementations.
• Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with additional modules like Time Management, Onboarding, Compensation, or Performance & Goals is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors integration with SAP/ECP Payroll and replication processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of accountability, particularly when operating under pressure.
• Proven dedication to problem-solving, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in team settings.
• Willingness to mentor, coach colleagues, and contribute to the development of the team.
• A bachelor's degree is not required; practical expertise is prioritized over formal education.
