This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee several mid- to large-scale, intricate Oracle Cloud Payroll projects at the same time.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of the project.

• Facilitate client workshops to collect functional requirements and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud capabilities.

• Align current client processes with verified HCM Cloud methodologies.

• Identify gaps in requirements and design, including inbound/outbound payroll integrations and fast formula specifications.

• Create solutions to bridge requirement and design gaps.

• Configure, design, and document Oracle Cloud Payroll environments.

• Provide clients with advice on options, risks, and cross-process/system implications.

• Manage the module track comprehensively, including scope, client expectations, risk identification, technical object design, cross-module effects, and test script execution.

• Offer expert guidance across parallel projects.

• Train and mentor junior associates.

• Work with clients to evaluate business goals and challenges.

• Suggest technology solutions and formulate long-term client strategies.

• Coordinate efforts with third-party vendors.

• Deliver ongoing technical support and optimization advice after implementation.

• Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, and innovative design.

• Serve as a visionary leader within the Oracle Cloud sector.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• 5–10 years of consulting experience or in a related field.

• Proven history of full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within the area of expertise.

• In-depth understanding of Payroll Processing, Garnishments, Tax Filings, and general payroll procedures.

• Payroll expertise, ideally in Oracle Cloud or EBS, with local knowledge of legislative payroll requirements and standard pay practices.

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology.

• Capability to advise on the effects of data movement on upstream and downstream systems.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in effective communication at senior client levels.

• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor others.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

• Skill in building enduring client relationships.

• Self-driven with a dedication to ongoing learning about Oracle Cloud trends and updates.

• Proven capability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

• Exceptional project management abilities.

• Industry expertise and leadership in thought.

• Strong business development skills to attract new clients and enhance existing relationships.

• Ability to indirectly develop and mentor junior and mid-level consultants.

• Previous experience in a professional services firm or a relevant industry role is preferred.
