This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Accurately process multiple UK payrolls in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with client and statutory requirements.
• Offer support and expertise to Payroll Associates.
• Review and validate payroll input and output information.
• Investigate discrepancies and rectify payroll errors prior to final processing.
• Address payroll inquiries from internal teams and clients through ticketing and email systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in payroll and assist in developing solutions.
• Serve as a backup for senior payroll team members during their absence to maintain service continuity.
• Strong understanding of UK end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory regulations and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a dedication to delivering accurate, timely payrolls.
• Ability to prioritize various payrolls and manage workload effectively.
• Confident communication skills, with the capability to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Previous experience in a payroll bureau environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
