Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing the monthly payroll, which encompasses wages, salaries, allowances, and deductions

• Keeping employee master data up-to-date and ensuring its accuracy and completeness

• Acting as a point of contact for HR departments and staff concerning payroll inquiries

• Generating analyses and statistical reports

• Collaborating closely with the financial accounting team

• Assisting in HR-related initiatives and measures

• Aiding in the enhancement of payroll processes

• Executing current payroll regulations in accordance with tax, social security, and employment laws

• Supporting digitalization and HR projects, particularly the introduction of the new tool

• Assisting various hospital locations as a member of the central HR payroll team

• Partnering with HR representatives at hospital sites

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on HR, alongside several years of experience in payroll and/or finance; alternatively, a relevant degree

• Strong understanding of tax and social security regulations

• Proficient in modern office and business software

• Familiarity with P&I LogaHR is considered an asset

• Ability to work independently with a structured and responsible mindset

• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and resilience

• Team-oriented, proactive, and strongly service-oriented

• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
