This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute payroll settlements within clients’ Workday applications
• Process on-demand payments as per requests
• Maintain documentation specific to client support
• Oversee daily control reports
• Handle Treasury exceptions
• Deliver Workday payroll settlement services to the client portfolio
• Engage with clients and offer payroll expertise
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared objectives
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Payroll Customer Service
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word
• Proficient in Excel
• Understanding of payroll and payroll processing is preferred
• An associate degree or higher is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Capability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
