This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Administer monthly payroll, including bonus payments, deductions, and adjustments.
• Maintain and refresh employee and payroll data in Unit4 Teta HR, Deel, Workday, and other payroll support systems.
• Organize payroll operations and cultivate relationships with payroll vendors.
• Verify payroll information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission and approval.
• Generate and file statutory reports and payroll-related documents to GUS and other pertinent authorities.
• Ensure adherence to Polish labor laws, social insurance obligations, tax regulations, and payroll-related legislation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, external payroll service providers, and employees to address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll audits, documentation requests, process enhancements, reporting obligations, and year-end payroll activities.
• Provide temporary coverage for payroll operations to ensure continuity.
• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in payroll and HR administration.
• Proficient understanding of payroll processing, employee lifecycle transactions, and payroll controls.
• Familiarity with payroll and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Unit4 Teta HR, Deel, or comparable systems.
• Solid knowledge of Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy), payroll regulations, social insurance requirements, and tax legislation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional fluency in both Polish and English.
• Experience in providing payroll support within a multinational or global organization.
• Background in collaborating with outsourced payroll providers and statutory reporting processes.
• Experience in participating in payroll audits, compliance assessments, or payroll process enhancement initiatives.
