This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete configuration of new client payrolls, encompassing pay elements, tax codes, pension schemes, and statutory settings.
• Create, document, and sustain payroll onboarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Serve as the primary client liaison during the onboarding process, facilitating data collection, system setup, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with payroll, onboarding, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless handover, aligned timelines, and effective issue resolution.
• Identify and report recurring challenges, bugs, and feature requests to the product team.
• Assist in payroll migration initiatives, transitioning clients from their existing systems to our platform.
• In-depth understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in setting up or onboarding new payrolls onto a system or platform.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various internal teams and directly with clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding system configuration and data integrity.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining process documentation and SOPs.
• Capable of managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Available to work during UK business hours.
• Familiarity with Ireland payroll legislation (preferred).
• Previous experience in hospitality payroll (preferred).
• Eligibility to work in the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
