Payroll Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and set up client files in Silae

• Gather, input, and validate variable payroll information

• Prepare and evaluate payslips within a multi-collective-agreement framework

• Generate and electronically submit monthly and event-driven DSN filings in accordance with deadlines

• Reconcile contributions and coordinate with social security entities (URSSAF, pension, provident insurance, and health insurance providers)

• Draft both permanent and fixed-term employment contracts, amendments, and DPAE declarations

• Oversee sick leave, workplace accidents, maternity and paternity leave, salary certificates, and provident insurance claims

• Manage mutual termination agreements, final settlements, and end-of-employment documentation

• Offer daily client support through Salesforce and Slack

• Counsel small and medium-sized business owners on daily personnel administration

• Collaborate with accounting teams on payroll journals and ensure file consistency

• Direct activities to meet monthly payroll closing deadlines

• Enforce legal and regulatory changes

• Record client-specific requirements to maintain service continuity

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Payroll Manager or Payroll Specialist

• Experience acquired in an accounting firm or through an outsourced payroll provider

• Proficiency in Silae is mandatory

• Strong understanding of employment law

• Comfortable managing multiple collective bargaining agreements

• Independent and detail-oriented

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Customer-oriented, with the capacity to clarify complex rules effectively

• Familiarity with Slack or Salesforce is advantageous

• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
