Payroll Managed Services Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries, investigate issues, and deliver clear and effective solutions.

• Process regular payrolls utilizing customer-supplied data points and recurring items.

• Examine payroll data, detect discrepancies, and adhere to established controls and procedures.

• Provide precise and timely payroll services to clients.

• Manage sensitive payroll and employee information with confidentiality.

• Leverage AI-driven tools and automated workflows to enhance speed, quality, and consistency.

• Exercise human judgment to review, validate, and escalate AI-generated recommendations or results.

• Identify recurring customer challenges and manual processes that could benefit from automation.

• Relay customer feedback and operational insights to team leaders and the EPD team.

• Engage in testing, implementation, and adoption of new AI-enhanced tools and processes.

• Ensure accurate documentation and contribute to enhancements in the knowledge base.

• Achieve service, quality, productivity, and customer experience objectives.

• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere through knowledge sharing, coaching, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll, customer service, operations, HR technology, finance operations, or a related domain.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proficient in working with software, data, and digital workflows.

• Willingness to learn and responsibly utilize AI-powered tools.

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

• Customer-centric approach with a proven track record of owning issues until resolution.

• Nice to have: Experience in payroll processing or assisting with payroll-related customer inquiries.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, timekeeping systems, or financial software.

• Nice to have: Payroll certification such as FPC or CPP.

• Nice to have: Background in workflow automation, AI-assisted tools, quality assurance, or process improvement.
