Payroll Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of payroll software for both new and existing clients.

• Assess clients' payroll workflows and needs, converting them into suitable software configurations.

• Set up SaaS products, workflows, and specific customer requirements.

• Assist with payroll data migration, integrations, and testing procedures.

• Work with APIs, ETL processes, and data transformation as necessary.

• Lead customers through user acceptance testing and ensure readiness for launch.

• Provide training and clearly articulate software functionalities to clients.

• Offer support to clients during the go-live phase and assist with the transition to ongoing support.

• Handle multiple customer projects and priorities concurrently.

• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address challenges and achieve successful outcomes.

• Keep clients updated on progress, timelines, risks, and issues.

• Travel to client locations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical payroll experience and a strong grasp of payroll processes are essential.

• Background in SaaS/software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting.

• Experience engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and implement solutions.

• Familiarity with payroll software or systems.

• Knowledge of software configuration, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration, or data transformation.

• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, or priorities effectively.

• Capability to convey software and technical details in an easily understandable manner.

• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

• Legal authorization to work in the UK, as determined through the application process.
