This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead initiatives related to Payroll Governance, Compliance, and Internal Controls across various countries.
• Oversee payroll risks, control measures, audit outcomes, and corrective action plans.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate Global Payroll Key Performance Indicators and operational metrics.
• Assist in process standardization, continuous improvement, and initiatives aimed at operational excellence.
• Play a role in both internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
• Evaluate payroll vendor performance, service commitments, and governance structures.
• Create dashboards, reports, and insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders in Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, and external partners.
• Contribute to strategic projects and the ongoing Global Payroll Transformation initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Governance, Internal Controls, Process Management, Audit, Compliance, Shared Services, or similar roles.
• Payroll experience is highly advantageous.
• Extensive expertise in process governance, internal controls, risk management, and performance oversight.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
• Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities within a fast-paced international setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English.

• Ability to forge strong relationships across various functions and regions.
