Payroll Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Execute payroll processing from start to finish in accordance with established standards and client specifications.

• Oversee and manage ticket queues utilizing suitable BI tools.

• Leverage the hrX suite for payroll execution and related tasks.

• Comprehend and interpret payslips and payroll schedules.

• Spot discrepancies from standard service scope and assist with change request opportunities.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care.

• Generate and comprehend standard and client-specific payroll reports, including mandatory year-end reports.

• Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of data, initiating necessary corrections.

• Address payroll-related inquiries and requests.

• Facilitate and implement SOC1 controls.

• Uphold and apply established work instructions.

• Conduct transactions with external parties.

• Provide knowledge transfer sessions to colleagues.

• Assist in root cause analysis, system maintenance testing, and the coordination and resolution of technical issues.

• Stay updated on legislation, system enhancements, changes, and payroll procedures.

• Engage in assigned projects and initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and customer SLA standards.

• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Adaptability to support a dynamic and fast-paced global environment.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven and eager to learn.

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively both in a team setting and independently while adhering to established processes and procedures.

• BA/BS in a business-related discipline such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate settings.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.

• Experience with HR and payroll data is a plus.
