This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova, +2 more countries.
• Supervise the complete employment lifecycle for each employee.
• Address daily inquiries and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant payroll processing with both internal and external providers.
• Create sales invoices and guarantee timely and precise payments to workers.
• Handle modifications in employment contracts, including adjustments in salary and benefits.
• Preserve and organize worker documentation in accordance with local compliance and record-keeping regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for workers, the internal support team, ICP/ICE, and client inquiries.
• Execute compliant offboarding processes for both indefinite and fixed-term contracts, including voluntary and involuntary terminations.
• Ensure that requested background checks are performed.
• Accurately process payroll payments in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about payroll policies and government regulations.
• Investigate and rectify payroll reports, identifying any discrepancies.
• Review and approve payroll reports in relation to internal records and client input.
• Maintain KPIs, internal reporting, payroll schedules, and master payroll entries.
• Collaborate with clients on expert in-country requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage payroll funding and billing, complete charging sheets, and produce sales invoices.
• Demonstrated experience in Payroll, with a solid understanding of processing, salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll concepts and knowledge of local payroll legislation for supported countries would be advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize workload.
