Payroll Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage payroll data, including data entry and assisting in the preparation, creation, and execution of monthly payroll using SAP Globalview.

• Provide support for international payroll administration within the GWO team as needed.

• Assist in the onboarding preparation process for new hires.

• Communicate with tax authorities, social security organizations, health insurance providers, and pension fund managers.

• Address inquiries regarding payroll procedures and practices via ServiceNow, email, phone, chat, and case management.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners on global assignments entering or exiting the scope.

• Inform employees about available services and advocate for self-service tools and systems.

• Evaluate processes and suggest ongoing improvements to enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in European Payroll.

• Experience with payroll in France, Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, or Turkey is advantageous.

• Familiarity with payroll legislation or equivalent knowledge.

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Dutch, French, Italian, or Turkish is a bonus.

• Capability to document processes and propose suggestions for enhancements.

• Experience or skills with SAP Globalview.

• Competence in using ServiceNow and various support channels.
