This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver extensive technical support, maintenance, and enhancement of HR and Payroll platforms.
• Act as the primary HRIT contact for HR and payroll functional units.
• Coordinate and offer technical solutions and support for HCM systems.
• Collaborate with the MSP technical team and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical designs.
• Oversee subsystem design and the integration of the overall system.
• Identify, assess, and resolve program support deficiencies.
• Develop and document frameworks for the integration and implementation of changes to technical standards.
• Design sustainable architectural solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation strategies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Supervise system maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure seamless functionality and peak performance.
• Discover opportunities for system enhancements and implement solutions to boost efficiency and automation.
• Ensure system and process adherence to data security, retention, and privacy regulations.
• Maintain adequate segregation of controls to guarantee regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or a Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of related experience; or, alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of related experience without a degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in HRIT with a solid background in HR systems.
• Profound knowledge of HCM platforms, programming languages, and PeopleSoft HR 9.2.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining intricate technical issues to non-technical users.
• Experience working collaboratively with developers and managing multiple IT projects.
• Proficient in SQR programming language.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Experience in managing and executing system upgrade initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
