This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Assist in ensuring payrolls are processed in accordance with established calendars and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Leverage payroll expertise to provide guidance on client inquiries and resolve issues.

• Guarantee precise and prompt management of data.

• Address tickets and calls within stipulated service level agreement (SLA) timelines and maintain a high standard of service.

• Follow and contribute to the updates of Detailed Working Instructions.

• Complete SOC controls punctually, providing necessary documentation as evidence.

• Accurately report system issues and defects, logging tickets with required details and supporting evidence.

• Bring any deviations from the service scope to the attention of the Service Manager.

• Manage sensitive and confidential information with care.

• Fulfill learning objectives and maintain accurate time records.

• Comply with Strada's security protocols.

• Actively participate in team meetings and promptly address any issues.

• Stay informed about HR announcements and communications.

• Foster relationships across different lines of business.

• Provide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders.

• Engage in assigned projects and activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or similar corporate setting.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to adapt to a global and fast-paced work environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven and eager to learn.

• Current and future work authorization in Thailand without requiring visa sponsorship from Strada.

• Successful completion of relevant background checks, as permitted by law and appropriate for the role.
