
Payroll Analyst, Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct thorough research, analysis, evaluation, and administration of intricate payroll audits, policies, and programs across all payroll aspects, including earnings, deductions, taxes, leave plans, and distributions.
• Analyze and reconcile files within set deadlines.
• Possess the capability to interpret plan documents and contract provisions.
• Ensure compliance requirements and services align and are maintained within the payroll systems.
• Continuously assess whether current audits are effective or need revisions to accommodate new business services and government regulations.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage a substantial workload while prioritizing tasks amidst frequent interruptions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training or experience is required.
• Previous payroll experience in a large organization, including at least two years in an analytical position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with payroll pay practices and programs is necessary.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Project management and organizational skills are essential.
• Capacity to collaborate with various functional teams to complete analyses, projects, and assignments.
• Prior HR/Payroll experience is preferred.
