This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Process payroll efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with regulations.

• Act as a point of contact for employees, internal teams, and external payroll vendors.

• Ensure that company-specific payment policies are correctly implemented during payroll processing.

• Conduct audits of employee pay records and reconcile payroll data by department, location, and country.

• Oversee the implementation and upgrades of third-party payroll systems.

• Participate in project planning, testing, and execution phases.

• Interpret and enforce pay policies related to vacation, leave of absence, disability, workers’ compensation, union contracts, government regulations, and withholding exemptions.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and uphold compliant payroll operations.

• Identify opportunities for automation and execute solutions using Excel macros, VBA, and RPA tools.

• Provide clear communication and assistance to stakeholders.

• Simplify complex payroll information into actionable insights.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers across Kyndryl’s global presence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in payroll processing and operations.

• Expertise in payroll systems including RPA, ADP, and EY payroll.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel, particularly with macros.

• Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance.

• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and incident management platforms like Workday and ServiceNow.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient in communicating effectively across various management levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Human Resources (preferred).

• Certification in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits (preferred).

• Knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility HR processes (preferred).
