This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee projects and/or processes with minimal supervision, ensuring timely achievement of objectives.
• Track timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and address any discrepancies to guarantee successful project execution.
• Engage with stakeholders and utilize influence to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide updates on progress, results, and project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster a supportive team atmosphere where every member can contribute effectively.
• Analyze issues and identify underlying causes.
• Suggest and implement solutions, resolving conflicts and obstacles.
• Facilitate the acceptance of change initiatives through education and training.
• Work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues from various departments to drive results and meet shared objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management.
• Preferred proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira).
• Intermediate level of computer skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with change management strategies, including managing stakeholder relationships.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
