This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to various health plan partners from the implementation phase through to ongoing value delivery.
• Act as an intermediary, representing the interests and needs of partners to internal Equip stakeholders.
• Oversee daily program delivery and ensure the achievement of program KPIs with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Patient Acquisition & Marketing teams on strategies for payor penetration and growth.
• Manage health plan satisfaction, contract renewals, expansion opportunities, adherence, P&L, and utilization.
• Create and present actionable agendas and reports for client meetings.
• Implement and manage account strategies to reach program milestones and exceed expectations.
• Cultivate relationships and facilitate contracting discussions as a subject matter expert in program delivery, panel growth, operational customizations, and outcome metrics.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in mental health with Managed Care Organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet aggressive project timelines using project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent relationships with a diverse range of clients.
• Analytical skills to produce program KPIs and insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in relation to payers and providers.

• Must reside within immediate access to the airport and possess reliable transportation.
• Capability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, and to communicate effectively via telephone.
