Payments Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Supervise the Accounts Receivable and Chargeback teams.

• Provide training, guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members.

• Ensure that team KPIs are reached while promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Oversee the daily operations of Chargeback and Accounts Receivable.

• Guarantee efficient processing of chargeback cases from initiation through to resolution.

• Assist specialists in attaining the highest possible chargeback win rate.

• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for Accounts Receivable.

• Aid the team in reprocessing as many leads as feasible.

• Analyze trends in chargebacks and accounts receivable.

• Provide management with insights and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Develop and deliver regular performance reports for the team.

• Ensure compliance in payment handling with processor regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

• Manage complex chargeback cases and Accounts Receivable issues.

• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes and mitigate financial risks.

• Continuously assess and enhance Accounts Receivable and Chargeback processes.

• Perform additional tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in banking, fintech, payment processing, or e-commerce payments.

• Familiarity with chargebacks/disputes and/or Accounts Receivable.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with responsibilities for performance, KPIs, coaching, and development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process enhancements.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

• Ability to handle multiple operational duties in a fast-paced setting.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A collaborative and proactive mindset.

• Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English, in written and spoken forms.
