This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Define, package, and manage Testlio's payments testing services, encompassing catalog, methodology, staffing, and pricing.
β’ Propel the vision and commercial packaging of Payments services.
β’ Develop and promote cutting-edge payments testing solutions for enterprise-level global clients.
β’ Collaborate with clients on technical integrations, architectural configurations, and testing strategies.
β’ Create white papers, articles, posts, speeches, and webinars.
β’ Work alongside Testlio's VP of Alliances and external software partners on collaborative go-to-market initiatives.
β’ Engage with enterprise prospects through Testlio Sales and provide guidance on Payments Testing strategies, tactics, and ROI.
β’ Initiate, enhance, and refine payments services based on market trends and competitive insights.
β’ Design tailored quality engineering methodologies for agentic payments, mobile payments, wallets, and POS systems.
β’ Serve as an escalation point and subject-matter expert for Delivery from scoping to test execution review.
β’ Address technical challenges while ensuring transaction integrity, security, and compliance.
β’ Assist Services teams and clients in designing and implementing innovative technical approaches.
β’ Over 10 years of extensive experience with digital payment systems, including mobile payments, online banking, payment gateways, wallets, and point-of-sale systems.
β’ Strong technical expertise in quality engineering, API integrations, and software development methodologies within the financial industry.
β’ Proven ability to troubleshoot payment integrations and create structured evaluation criteria for complex transaction flows.
β’ A Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Solid background in management consulting or managed services.
β’ Client-focused mindset with the capacity to lead technical discovery processes.
β’ Experience in designing service offerings and understanding cost-to-serve dynamics.
β’ Proficiency in collaborating cross-functionally across sales and partner teams.
β’ Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire distributed cross-functional teams without direct people management.
