This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the main daily leader for analytical and business development assistance.
• Oversee pipelines and create new business deliverables for C-suite executives of corporate clients and prospects.
• Execute financial modeling, analyze payment processes, perform deal audits, and manage bookings.
• Conduct industry research and develop presentations, documents, relationship reviews, new business pitch materials, RFP responses, and onboarding plans.
• Collaborate with Payments Advisors, Market Leads, and Line of Business Partners to support strategic payment initiatives.
• Take ownership of entire transactions when applicable and engage directly with clients during presentations, negotiations, and the delivery of payment solutions.
• Generate innovative ideas and analytical materials for new client meetings.
• Coordinate with support partners to gather research and subject matter expertise.
• Work alongside Fintech partners to address complex technology solution challenges and facilitate integrations.
• Cultivate industry expertise for clients and collaborate with Product & Innovation teams to launch product and solution expansions.
• Develop primary relationships with select clients and assist in defining strategies and solution roadmaps to enhance revenue.
• Create and refine reporting and analytical mechanisms in collaboration with the data and analytics team using Tableau, Salesforce, and industry tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned while adhering to KeyBank policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics) or Technical Sciences (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics) is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in business, finance, technology, or related fields is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Strong quantitative skills, encompassing financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to swiftly absorb and utilize developing technology and commercial cash management products and services.
• Knowledge of Fintech, emerging payment methods, and financial operations.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organization, communication, and research skills.
• A strong team player who is a motivated self-starter and meets deadlines.
• A desire to be part of a close-knit team functioning in a high-intensity commercial environment.
• Capable of financial modeling and possessing strong analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize large data sets and industry trends.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Base salary range of $63,000.00–$96,000.00 annually.
• Eligibility for incentive compensation, which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
