Payments Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee payment providers from the point of commercial handover through the onboarding process and ongoing collaboration.

• Facilitate the onboarding of providers, which includes KYC processes, documentation, contracts, approvals, and communication among involved teams.

• Maintain consistent communication with payment partners and assist with daily operational inquiries.

• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure the smooth progression of provider-related processes.

• Aid in resolving payment-related issues that involve reconciliation, settlements, exchange rates, or communication with providers.

• Cultivate knowledge of LATAM markets, local payment methods, and specific nuances of payment providers.

• Organize and prioritize various operational tasks and requests autonomously.

• Enhance expertise in Payments and Account Management as responsibilities expand.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a comparable operational position working with partners or providers.

• Proven experience in coordinating onboarding, documentation, approvals, or other partner-related processes.

• Familiarity with online payments.

• Experience in iGaming, Payments, PSP, Fintech, or Crypto is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized.

• Proactive attitude and comfort in taking ownership of tasks.

• Clear and confident communicator with both internal teams and external partners.
