Payment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Effectively communicate with customers as necessary and collaborate with internal teams.

• Manage chargeback cases and assist with payment-related investigations.

• Address customer payment-related concerns, including Accounts Receivable (AR) responsibilities.

• Analyze data to uncover trends, identify root causes, and discover opportunities for process improvements.

• Support KPI analysis and deliver insights based on operational data.

• Remain informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Generate daily, weekly, and/or monthly operational and statistical reports.

• Carry out other related tasks as necessary.

• Previous experience in chargebacks, payments, refunds, Accounts Receivable (AR), or similar operational areas is a plus.

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to connect with diverse personality types.

• Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently while also being an effective team player.
