Payment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Effectively communicate with customers as needed and collaborate with internal teams.

• Manage chargeback cases and assist with payment-related investigations.

• Address customer payment issues, including tasks related to Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Analyze data to discover trends, root causes, and opportunities for process enhancement.

• Support KPI analysis and deliver insights based on operational data.

• Remain informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Generate daily, weekly, and/or monthly operational and statistical reports.

• Undertake other related tasks as necessary.

• Previous experience in Chargebacks, Payments, Refunds, Accounts Receivable (AR), or similar operational roles is a plus.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time efficiently.

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to various personality types.

• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
