Payment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers as necessary and collaborate with internal teams.

• Keep abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Evaluate data to uncover trends and underlying issues.

• Manage chargeback cases effectively.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Generate daily, weekly, and/or monthly statistical reports.

• Compile KPI reports related to chargebacks.

• Execute other associated tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and grow on a daily basis.

• Prior experience in Chargeback, Refund, Accounts Receivable, or related areas is a plus.

• Proficient in relevant software applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Customer-oriented with the adaptability to engage with diverse personality types.
