Payment Processing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Input and dispatch payments within the Client-Bank system in compliance with Ukrainian regulations.

• Process and manage payment requests received via email from the Mondelez team.

• Conduct accounting transactions for updating bank statements.

• Address supplier inquiries concerning payment timelines.

• Produce bank reports, including Report 14b (MJE), ATCAT/Celonis, POP requests, and reports on duplicate payments.

• Adhere to the company's payment policies and procedures.

• Execute SOP controls and comply with established KPIs.

• Complete assignments from management and meet annual objectives and targets.

• Manage legally mandated responsibilities for primary documents and accounting records as applicable.

• Utilize company communication platforms for urgent coordination with colleagues to ensure effective task completion.

• Comply with accident prevention, environmental, labor, and fire safety regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or accounting.

• At least 1 year of experience in finance.

• Additional experience in taxation, auditing, or consulting will be considered a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP financial software is preferred.

• Experience using Client Bank.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at an intermediate level or higher.

• Background in administration with a strong focus on customer service.

• Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.

• Proven ability to work under deadlines with strong prioritization capabilities.

• Possess analytical thinking skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to adhere to Ukrainian laws and regulations concerning accident prevention, environmental protection, labor, and fire safety.
