Payment Associate – Sponsor Dedicated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Manage payments to investigators, ensuring adherence to regulations and thoroughly reviewing the financial components of clinical trials.

• Oversee pricing and deliverables related to investigator payments.

• Execute investigator payments with accuracy and timeliness in line with study protocols.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records pertaining to investigator payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in payments and address inquiries from investigators.

• Drive the development and execution of processes aimed at optimizing investigator payment procedures.

• Support the creation of financial reports and analyses concerning investigator payments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.

• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting positions, ideally within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sectors.

• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to investigator payments (e.g., Sunshine Act, FMV).

• Strong attention to detail and the capability to work accurately in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
