Payment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire grant application process from inception to completion.

• Investigate and pinpoint grant opportunities that resonate with the organization's mission and values.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to collect information and craft grant proposals.

• Ensure adherence to grant funding regulations and deadlines.

• Monitor and report on grant-related activities and their outcomes.

• Participate in scientific operations tasks and take ownership of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Administration).

• Preferred prior experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field.

• Prior experience in payment processes for CRO or Study Sites.

• Familiarity with TMF and CTMS systems.

• Strong research and analytical abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Legal authorization to work in Brazil.
