Payer Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee revenue cycle management operations that enhance patient access, improve operational performance, and drive organizational growth.

• Revamp revenue cycle processes and develop scalable solutions.

• Lead and mentor RCM teams in both onshore and offshore settings.

• Leverage data analytics and automation to expedite collections and lower costs.

• Independently manage schedules and priorities in a remote work environment.

• Adapt to evolving payer trends and complex scenarios.

• Collaborate with clinical, IT, Accounts Payable, and operations teams.

• Oversee offshore vendors and technology collaborations.

• Achieve measurable results in claims processing, collections, and denial management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading RCM teams in both onshore and offshore environments.

• Capability to work autonomously, managing schedules and priorities without physical presence.

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics and automation.

• Preferred experience in radiology or imaging billing.

• Proficiency in denial management and root cause analysis.

• Experience in managing offshore vendors is preferred.

• Coding experience and knowledge of Imagine systems is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Employment is subject to successful completion of drug and background checks.

• Some positions may require a favorable driving record.
