Pay Equity & Pay Transparency Consultant, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of French and international clients.

• Provide guidance on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and transform it into effective platform processes.

• Onboard clients and offer insights on best practices in PayAnalytics by beqom.

• Conduct and analyze pay gap studies, delivering actionable insights to HR, Reward, and executive stakeholders.

• Assist clients in developing and monitoring remediation strategies.

• Facilitate workshops to assess existing compensation processes and design the desired future state.

• Configure PaySuite and support clients through testing, UAT, and training phases.

• Define HR data requirements across both product lines.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven mid-level experience in client-facing consulting or professional services.

• Fluent in both French and English; proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Familiarity with HR business processes and/or HR IT systems.

• Ability to convert data analysis into understandable insights for a non-technical audience.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Established relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Experience in pay equity, compensation and benefits, or reward (preferred).

• Knowledge of national pay reporting frameworks such as the Index de l'égalité professionnelle (preferred).

• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, and/or Salesforce (preferred).
