This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Exhibits a positive demeanor and fosters strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and visitors.

• Meets 90% target for both incoming and outgoing calls.

• Schedules patients in accordance with Best Practice Scheduling protocols.

• Precisely documents discussions in patients’ electronic medical records.

• Verifies relevant insurance coverage when necessary.

• Confirms and updates patient demographic details during each visit.

• Upholds patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.

• Achieves performance and skill metrics for the position.

• Efficiently manages a high volume of calls.

• Utilizes communication scripts when addressing various topics.

• Identifies and addresses challenges through active listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Understands disposition codes.

• Performs additional assigned tasks as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in telemarketing, call center, or sales.

• At least one year of experience in a healthcare environment.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.

• Outstanding customer service skills on the phone.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Commitment to teamwork.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage competing priorities.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems.

• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs/screens while assisting patients via phone.

• Basic math skills.

• Capacity to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations is essential.

• Adherence to safe work practices in a clinical environment.

• Able to follow through on delegated tasks.

• Compliance with required immunizations and vaccinations.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Capability to push or pull heavy items using up to 100 pounds of force.

• Ability to stand or sit for extended durations.

• Proficient in fine motor skills for operating equipment and/or machinery.

• Competent in driving and operating a vehicle safely.

• Ability to receive and comprehend instructions both verbally and in writing.

• Logical reasoning skills for both simple and complex problem-solving.

• Occasional exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids might be necessary.

• Participation in E-Verify and authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
