Patient Success Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a significant volume of primarily outbound calls to guarantee that patients receive necessary healthcare supplies.

• Generate and submit orders for patients.

• Accurately complete updates to accounts.

• Handle multiple systems concurrently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address patient and order-related concerns.

• Achieve performance targets for productivity, quality, and service excellence.

• Provide outstanding customer service and foster positive patient experiences.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A customer-centric approach.

• Self-driven and adaptable.

• Capability to troubleshoot and manage shifting priorities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality in data entry.

• Ability to manage over 100 calls per day.

• Capacity to maintain an average talk time of four minutes.

• Ability to meet sales-per-hour goals.

• Must be available to work a fixed 40-hour schedule from Monday to Friday.

• Must operate in a HIPAA-compliant work environment.

• A hardwired Ethernet internet connection via cable or fiber is required, with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps for downloads and 20 Mbps for uploads.

• Satellite, cellular, and 5G connections are not permitted.

• An internet speed test must be completed during the interview process.

• Must stay on camera with the microphone unmuted during training sessions.

• Spanish bilingual proficiency qualifies for an additional pay differential.
