Patient Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver patient-focused, coordinated access to Providence's facilities, institutes, and clinics.

• Build and maintain relationships with current patients and individuals seeking treatment.

• Guide patients to appropriate physicians within the health network.

• Arrange appointments and classes for patients.

• Offer tier 1 technical support for patient health applications.

• Act as a primary contact and informational resource for patients entering the health system.

• Provide personalized, high-touch assistance to patients across Providence St. Joseph Health regions and provider networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a healthcare setting.

• 2 years of experience engaging with customers virtually over the phone.

• 1 year of technical support experience is preferred.
