This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Greet patients and visitors as they arrive at the office
• Receive and assist all incoming phone calls
• Arrange appointments through a computerized scheduling system and follow up as needed
• Deliver prompt and precise information, ensuring quality customer service for all patient inquiries
• Manage patient accounts by gathering, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance details
• High school diploma; an Associate's degree is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or medical office environment
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance/benefits, medical terminology, and medical billing
• Familiarity with office procedures and equipment (e.g., computer, fax machine, copier, etc.)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Capability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting
• Experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or fertility is preferred
