Patient Scheduling Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Quickly follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts.

• Coordinate appointments for new patients across all practices.

• Undergo training to assist with filling hygiene schedules at designated practices as necessary.

• Work remotely from home while providing support to dental practices throughout the company's locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in sales.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Reliable and trustworthy.

• Detail-oriented.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and setting priorities.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Previous experience in the dental field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not essential.

• Must reside in the Denver Metro Area.

• Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday.
