This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training of new hires on Salesforce, RealTime systems, patient engagement, and company protocols.
• Develop and sustain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
• Evaluate trainee progress and modify training techniques to suit individual learning styles.
• Organize and schedule training sessions.
• Keep up-to-date with system enhancements and integrate new features into the training curriculum.
• Review and assess customer service calls against established quality standards and guidelines.
• Offer constructive feedback and personalized coaching sessions.
• Identify trends in team performance and skill deficiencies.
• Record quality assurance findings and monitor improvement metrics.
• Work in collaboration with team leaders to resolve performance issues and recognize achievements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and quality metrics.
• Propose and execute improvements to training programs and quality standards.
• Engage in calibration sessions.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain precise training records and quality assurance documentation.
• Produce reports on training completion rates and quality assessments.
• Attend team meetings and participate in departmental initiatives.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally in interactions with staff, clients, and vendors.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• High School Diploma is required.
• A minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in the clinical or biological research field.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capability to sit for extended periods.
• Work is typically conducted in an office setting.
• Local travel is necessary; must have the ability to drive and maintain daily access to a vehicle.
• Experience in subject/patient customer service.
• Availability for early evening and Saturday work schedules.
• Ability to lift up to thirty-five pounds, and occasionally more.
• Comfortable working in a call center environment with potential distractions and noise.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and web-based applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and able to remain focused on tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a robust work ethic.
• Flexibility to adapt and undertake additional tasks as needed.
• Willingness to assist with key departmental initiatives and process improvements.
• Support in training new hires.
