Patient Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage in outreach to prospective participants for clinical trials through both inbound and outbound calls.

• Conduct pre-screening and evaluate patients for eligibility in accordance with study protocols.

• Inform patients about the benefits, expectations, and processes involved in participating in clinical trials.

• Keep precise records of all interactions within the recruitment tracking system.

• Work collaboratively with study teams to ensure prompt follow-up and enrollment of participants.

• Utilize CRM software like HubSpot and phone systems for effective communication and tracking.

• Offer culturally appropriate support in both English and Spanish as required.

• Aim for 70 calls per day and schedule 5 patients daily for screening visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical background; a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, such as Nursing, Biology, or similar, is acceptable.

• Required clinical research experience: at least 1 year in a patient recruitment or clinical research coordinator role.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, preferably within a medical or clinical environment.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and experience with virtual call centers or phone systems is a significant advantage.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
