Patient Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Conduct outreach to potential participants for clinical trials through both inbound and outbound calls.

• Pre-screen and evaluate patients for eligibility according to study protocols.

• Provide education to patients about participation in clinical trials, including benefits and expectations.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in the recruitment tracking system.

• Collaborate with study teams to facilitate timely follow-up and enrollment processes.

• Utilize CRM software like HubSpot and phone systems for effective communication and tracking.

• Offer culturally sensitive support in both English and Spanish when necessary.

• Aim to make 70 calls per day and schedule 5 patients for screening visits daily.

• Assist clinical research clients by identifying and qualifying patients for participation in clinical trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish-English proficiency is preferred.

• A medical background; a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field such as Nursing or Biology is acceptable.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical research focused on patient recruitment or as a clinical research coordinator is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in a call center, preferably within a medical or clinical context.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and virtual call center or phone systems is a considerable advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

• Capability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
