Patient Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential clinical trial participants through both inbound and outbound calls.

• Pre-screen and evaluate patients to determine their eligibility according to study protocols.

• Inform patients about clinical trial involvement, including its benefits and what to expect.

• Keep precise records of interactions within the recruitment tracking system.

• Work alongside study teams to ensure prompt follow-up and enrollment.

• Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot and telecommunication systems for effective communication and tracking.

• Offer culturally sensitive assistance in both English and Spanish when necessary.

• Aim to make 70 calls daily and arrange 5 patients per day for screening appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical background; a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline such as Nursing, Biology, or a similar field is acceptable.

• At least 1 year of experience in clinical research, particularly in patient recruitment or as a clinical research coordinator.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, ideally within a medical or clinical environment.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and virtual call center or phone systems is a significant advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently while meeting deadlines.
