Patient Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in outreach efforts to identify potential participants for clinical trials through both inbound and outbound calls.

• Conduct pre-screening assessments to determine patient eligibility in accordance with study protocols.

• Inform patients about the clinical trial process, including its benefits and what to expect.

• Keep precise records of all communications in the recruitment tracking system.

• Work in tandem with study teams to guarantee timely follow-ups and participant enrollment.

• Utilize CRM software, such as HubSpot, along with phone systems for effective communication and tracking.

• Offer culturally sensitive assistance in both English and Spanish when necessary.

• Aim to make 70 calls per day and schedule 5 patients daily for screening visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a medical background; a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field such as Nursing, Biology, or a similar discipline is acceptable.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience is required, specifically in a patient recruitment or clinical research coordinator role.

• At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, ideally within a medical or clinical context.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and virtual call center or phone systems is highly advantageous.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines is essential.

• A genuine passion for advancing medical research and enhancing patient outcomes is desired.

• Must be available to work during EST hours.
