Patient Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with prospective clinical trial participants through both inbound and outbound calls.

• Pre-screen and evaluate patients for eligibility according to study protocols.

• Inform patients about the benefits, expectations, and processes of clinical trial participation.

• Keep precise records of all interactions in the recruitment tracking system.

• Work collaboratively with study teams to ensure prompt follow-up and enrollment.

• Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot along with phone systems for communication and tracking purposes.

• Offer culturally sensitive assistance in both English and Spanish as needed.

• Aim for a daily target of 70 calls and schedule 5 patients for screening visits each day.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical background; a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, such as Nursing, Biology, or a related discipline, is acceptable.

• Experience in clinical research is essential: a minimum of 1 year in a patient recruitment or clinical research coordinator role.

• At least 2 years of call center experience, ideally in a medical or clinical environment.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and virtual call center or phone systems is a significant advantage.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
